Jack White Set To Headline Farm Aid

MANCHESTER, TN - JUNE 14: Singer Jack White performs during the 2014 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival on June 14, 2014 in Manchester, Tennessee.
The bill at Farm Aid in recent history has leaned more towards country/roots music, but this year’s show on September 13th will feature a shot of rock and roll with the addition of Jack White.

Taking place this year at the Walnut Creek Amphitheatre in Raleigh, North Carolina, White will join the festival, along with founders Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Neil Young to bring awareness to the importance of family/local farmers and the Good Food Movement, which spreads the importance of home grown food.

The festival will also be launching its first ever Farm Aid app that will allow fans to share photos, create your own festival checklist/schedule and see all the different food and drink offerings the event has to offer.

Tickets go on sale August 1st at 10 AM at LiveNation.com, with pre-sale tickets up for grabs on July 25th at noon at FarmAid.org.
