New Van Halen Book On The Way

Another book about Van Halen's early days will be published this year.

Early band manager Noel Monk has written "Runnin' With The Devil: A Backstage Pass To The Wild Times, Loud Rock, And The Down And Dirty Truth Behind The Making OF Van Halen."

My new book being released in June...

The announcement of the book promises to tell all about "one of the great untold stories of rock music," including plenty of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll, Eddie Van Halen's marriage to Valerie Bertinelli, David Lee Roth's acrimonious departure from the band and much more.

The book is currently available for pre-order at www.VanHalenStore.com.

Van Halen, meanwhile, is currently dormant after its last tour during 2015, though Sammy Hagar -- who replaced Roth as frontman in 1985 -- is championing a reunion that will include both singers.
