As a teenager growing up in Florida, former Eagle Don Felder became friends with Duane and Gregg Allman, participating in numerous battles of the bands with whatever group they happened to be in respectively at the time.

Don called into the WDHA Morning Jolt to talk with Jim Monaghan about his memories of Duane and Gregg, the impact “Sgt. Pepper” had on him, and another album that had a lasting impact on him as a guitarist.

Don Felder will be appearing at the PNC Bank Arts Center in August with REO Speedwagon and Styx.
