Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstong and Rancid/Operation Ivy’s Tim Armstrong, along with Billie Joe’s son, Joey, and Tim’s nephew, Rey, have formed a new group. Their name? Armstrongs.
As previously stated, so many Armstrongs, so little time.
The new group didn’t waste any time, however, releasing their first song, “If There Was Ever A Time,” which can be heard below. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the song will go to 924 Gilman, the famed venue when Green Day and Rancid both cut their teeth.
