MANCHESTER, ENGLAND - SEPTEMBER 09: Noel Gallagher performs headlining the 'We Are Manchester' benefit concert at Manchester Arena on September 9, 2017 in Manchester, England. Manchester Arena officially reopens following the terror attack on May 22nd. The concert will support the Manchester Memorial Fund.

Noel Gallagher is doing a little bit of house — or, rather, warehouse — cleaning, these days.

The British musician and Oasis co-founder is selling off more than 50 items, mostly musical instruments, from the group’s stockpile, starting October 2 via¬†Reverb.com. In a statement, Gallagher says that, “When you’ve been playing as long as I have, you tend to amass a huge amount of gear, and it’s not doing me or anyone else any good if it’s just sitting around. These pieces have a lot history, but they’re still very playable — I’d love to get them into the hands of someone who will put them to good use.”

Among the treasures are: a 1960s Epiphone Professional guitar and amp set played by Gallagher on tour and in the studio; a Vox Foundation bass head and Supreme cabinet that comes with a printed setlist from the Oasis rehearsal held just prior to the band’s last unofficial gig; a Laney Top Mount Supergroup Head with 4×12 Bass 100 Cabinet used predominantly in the studio by Gallagher; One-off prototypes such as an Orange Custom Shop NG140 built specifically for Gallagher by noted amp guru Adrian Emsley; a late-1990s Mellotron Mk VI that Oasis used all over their recordings.

Gallagher has owned several and this one comes from that studio collection; an Orange OR120 Overdrive amplifier with 4×12 speakers and a head that was used on tour with Oasis; and rare vintage tape echo units.

Gallagher is also prepping for the November 24 release of a new solo album, Who Built The Moon?
