Former NFL Coach Jen Welter On the Morning Jolt

You know the scene in The Sandlot - "You play ball like a GIRL!"

You'd probably like to be able to play - and coach - as well as Jennifer Welter. Now holding a doctorate in Psychology, Jen is the first female to coach in the National Football League, having served as a linebacker coach with the Arizona Cardinals in 2015.

Jen has just published her first book, Play Big: Lessons In Being Limitless From the First Woman To Coach In the NFL, and she spoke with Jim Monaghan and John Hodorovych about breaking barriers, women in football, and how she once schooled Cam Newton.
