The group has recorded "Obey The Law Of The Heart" or the upcoming film Basmati Blues; It was written by guitarist Stone Gossard and recorded by the band along with Indian musicians Priya Dashini and Sain Zahoor. Pearl Jam has previewed the track online but there's no word about a commercial release.
Basmati Blues, an independent film starring Brie Larson, Scott Bakula, Donald Sutherland and Tyne Daly about scientists who created genetically modified rice, has opened in Sweden but has no U.S. release date yet.
