Michaels is planning to host a performance at StageIt.com on Sunday (December 31), playing acoustic songs and taking questions from fans. He'll also auction off the guitar, shirt and hat he uses during the show to benefit his Life Rocks Foundation as well as Wounded Warriors and diabetes prevention charities. Winning bidders will also get meet-and-greet passes for a future Michaels show.
