Judas Priest achieved another milestone with the release of their new studio album Firepower.
Per Billboard, the metal giant’s 18th studio album debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 album chart, their highest charting position ever, with 49,000 units earned. Of that number, 48,000 came from traditional album sales. Their previous chart peak came with the release of 2014’s Redeemer of Souls, which debuted at number six.
Priest is currently in the middle of their North American tour in support of Firepower and can check out a complete list of tour dates at JudasPriest.com.
