The rumor mill was swirling with news that AC/DC would be making an album with Guns n’ Roses lead Axl Rose, but now we seem to have something a little more solid.

Rose Tattoo front man Angry Anderson and longtime AC/DC biographer Murray Engleheart have both publicly, and separately spoken on the story. They both say a new album is in the works with Axl on vocals.

Anderson says he spoke with guitarist Angus Young, who said he’s writing a new album with Axl.

And Engleheart posted on Facebook that, “AC/DC will continue with Axl on vocals – new album, touring, the whole nine yards.”
