“Roseanne” is no more ...

According to The Wrap and various other publications, the hit show on ABC has officially been canceled.

The news follows a now retracted tweet issued by Roseanne Barr about Valerie Jarrett.

Backlash quickly followed the tweet, as many found it to be offensive and racist in nature.

After issuing the tweet, Barr apologized and proclaimed she was quitting twitter.

Unfortunately, her apology was not enough to keep ABC from yanking the show right out from under her.

Star Sara Gilbert was also quick to voice her disapproval over Roseanne's tweet.

Sara also issued a tweet in response to the show being canceled.

So long, "Roseanne."

Do you think the decision to cancel the show based off of Roseanne's tweet is fair to fans and to the other cast members?
