Courtney Love Sued By Frances Bean’s Ex, Claims Love Conspired To Kill Him

Just when you thought the whole Frances Bean Cobain divorce/Kurt Cobain guitar drama was over, it soldiers on and somehow gets weirder.

Per TMZ and People,  Frances Bean’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva has filed a lawsuit against Courtney Love alleging that Love, her manager Sam Lutfi, actor Ross Butler, private investigator John Nazarian and musician Michael Schenk for conspiring to break into his home and murder him in order to steal back the 1959 Martin guitar belonging to Kurt that Silva won in his divorce settlement with Frances Bean.

Silva claims that Lutfi, along with two other men, “burglarized, robbed, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and attempted to murder” him during a June 3, 2016 incident at his home in West Hollywood, Calif.

Love has yet to respond to these very serious allegations.  Considering the nature of these claims, this is certainly a story that won’t be going away anytime soon.
