The story of the Sex Pistols is one of legend, but the story of Public Image Ltd., the band fronted by John Lydon (formerly Johnny Rotten) is equally as fascinating.
The new documentary The Public Image Is Rotten chronicles the wild history of Public Image Ltd.’s past four decades of existence, with its prime focus on Lydon’s post-Sex Pistols life. A number of notable musical figures sat down for new interviews for the film including Flea, Moby, Thurston Moore and Adam Horovitz.
The Public Image Is Rotten is due out Fall 2018.
