We Came As Romans issued a statement providing information for the KylePavoneFoundation.org, and shared that Kyle Pavone's death was, in fact, an accidental overdose.

Original Story: August 31, 2018, 5:10

This information comes from TMZ, who was able to get the information from Michigan's Oakland County Medical Examiner.

They said "The Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office in Michigan tells us ... Kyle died of drug abuse. It's unclear if this means his death was accidental or by suicide ... or if he suffered an overdose or another complication related to drugs. We're told a toxicology report will take up to 8 weeks to complete."

Pavone was lost on August 25, and there was an outcry from fans, friends, and family, as well as his bandmates, who weren't ready to lose him.

We will keep you updated when there is more news. RIP Kyle Pavone.
