Elite Sports Trainer Mickey Brueckner On the Jolt
Local baseball fans know that Red Sox pitcher Rick Porcello grew up here in Morris County and played his high school baseball at Seton Hall Prep.
What you might not know is that Morris County native Mickey Brueckner has been training Rick since the pitcher’s high school days.
Mickey is the founder and CEO of The ANNEX in Chatham where Porcello is one of his top clients. Mickey called into the WDHA Morning Jolt and chatted with Jim Monaghan and John Hodorovych on Rick’s post-season performances against the Yankees and Astros and more.
(Surprisingly, Jim didn’t gloat too much about the Red Sox going to the World Series.)
