All That Remains Name Fill-In Guitarist for Oli Herbert
With the release of their new album Victim of the New Disease, All That Remains will start a new touring cycle and have announced a fill-in guitarist for the late Oli Herbert.
In an interview with Loudwire, vocalist Phil Labonte revealed Jason Richardson (Born of Osiris, Chelsea Grin) will be joining All That Remains on their upcoming European tour with Sevendust.
Richardson will be tasked with tackling a new record which Labonte touted highly on Talkin’ Rock with Meltdown:
“It’s our heaviest record since probably 2010, in my opinion, since ‘For We Are Many.’ We’ve heard a little bit of feedback about the record, and there are some people that think it’s heavier than ‘For We Are Many,’ and I’m comfortable with that. We just wanted to do a record that was different from our last thing, which is kind of our M.O…We wanted to continue to remain a band that tries new things and does different stuff, so we decided the best thing for us at this point was to go and put out a ball-buster.”
Victim of the New Disease is available now in exclusive merch bundles at AllThatRemainsOnline.com.
