David Letterman‘s incredible run of 33 years on late-night television encompassed more than 6,000 shows.
Bill Scheft was a staff writer for Letterman for 24 of those years, and is featured in a new book The Last Days of Letterman: The Final 6 Weeks by Scott Ryan.
Bill called into the WDHA Morning Jolt and spoke with Jim Monaghan and John Hodorovych about what made David Letterman so special, the art of writing for him for so long, the final show and more.
