As part of their "Music Icons" series, Juliens Auctions sold two Cobain-related items recently: A cardigan the late singer wore in his final photoshoot and a used paper plate on which he wrote the setlist for a 1990 Nirvana show. Both items sold for nearly a combined $100K, with the sweater selling for a whopping $75,000 and the paper plate going for $22,400.
The items sold for well over their estimated prices. Juliens estimated the sweater to sell between $20,000-30,000 and the plate to sell between $1,000-2,000.
