Per TMZ, Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu, was booked at 3:04 AM and was pulled over for "driving erratically." Fatu refused to take any DUI tests, and the arresting officer said he "reeked of alcohol."
This is Fatu's second alcohol-related arrest this year. He was arrested in Detroit in February on disorderly conduct and obstruction charges. Fatu's wife, WWE superstar Naomi, was pulled over by Detroit police for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Officers said the car smelled of alcohol and asked Naomi to step out of the car, which led to Fatu exiting the vehicle, taking off his shirt and trying to fight the officer. Naomi was not arrested. The incident was even mentioned in a "rap battle" on this week's episode of Monday Night RAW by John Cena.
