In 2005, Andy Zax found himself in a recording tape storage facility, looking at dozens of boxes containing reels of music recorded at the original Woodstock festival in 1969.

For this year's 50th anniversary of the festival, Zax produced a 38-disc boxed set containing almost every note played over that historic mid-August weekend.

Andy called into WDHA to speak with Jim Monaghan on "All Mixed Up" about the challenges of putting this set together, some of his favorite moments from previously unheard material, and more.
