Slipknot Scores Third No. 1 Album with ‘We Are Not Your Kind’

Slipknot has earned their third number one album with their latest studio release We Are Not Your Kind.

Per Billboard, We Are Not Your Kind moved 118,000 units, with 102,000 of that figure coming from album sales, and joins 2014's .5: The Gray Chapter and 2008's All Hope Is Gone as a number one debut.

We Are Not Your Kind also marks the first time a hard rock album has topped the Billboard 200 album chart in nearly two years. The last hard rock album to do so was Foo Fighters' Concrete and Gold debuted at number one in October 2017.
