Eddie Vedder took part in a new ALS challenge called #TrickShot4Snowy, and it's quite impressive.
The #TrickShot4Snowy campaign was recently launched in honor of Chris Snow, the Assistant General Manager of the Calgary Flames who was diagnosed with ALS in June 2019. The campaign hopes to echo the popularity of the #IceBucketChallege, which took over social media in the summer of 2014 and helped raise over $220 million.
Vedder was challenged by Chicago Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein to take part in the challenge, and he did not disappoint. Check out the video below of Vedder balancing on a wakeboard and managing to get a decent cut on a pitch. Not sure what's more impressive: Vedder's balance or his remarkable core strength. Vedder has now forwarded the challenge to Jeff Ament and Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Chelios.
