Hello weekenders,
Morristown, New Jersey Mayor Timothy Dougherty is asking runners to avoid running down South Street. Makes sense! Morristown has some great outdoor dining and drinking spots that are creatively using sidewalk space. To help keep everyone safe, it definitely sounds like a good plan for sweaty, “huffing and puffing” runners to avoid cruising past people as they are eating and drinking. The good news is there are plenty of great spots right off the Morristown Green and South Street to run. Check out some of the beautiful side streets like Wetmore or MacCulloch Ave. You can also head up to my favorite spot off South Street, “Fort Nonsense” right past the Morris County Courthouse.
