If the name Mike Protich is familiar, you may be reminded of Mike's prior band "Red Sun Rising" , who actually have played many WDHA shows and performed in studio many times. I was saddened to learn they disbanded last year, but really happy to know Mike formed a new project with former RSR band members Pat Gerasia and Dave McGarry to form a killer three piece unit called "The Violent"!
In episode 21 of "Reconnect" Mike talks about life after RSR, how the band formed, the music, the name and more! Their first single "Fly On The Wall" ROCKS!
