NEWQUAY, ENGLAND – AUGUST 05: A vintage VW van passes a VW campervan parked near Fistral beach at the site of the Newquay Relentless Boardmasters festival on August 5, 2010 in Newquay, England. Said to be the UK home of surfing, Newquay in Cornwall is playing host to the annual 5-day surf and music festival which attracts some of the world’s best surfers to the competition and the 120,000USD prize money. The Boardmasters was Britain’s first ever pro surf contest when it started in 1983 and it is now a 5* ASP World Qualifying Series surf event. From humble beginnings surfing has become a multi-million pound industry in the UK and its popularity shows no signs of waning. (Photo by Matt Cardy/Getty Images)

We're all on the computer a lot in 2020, and according to Satellite Internet, being online so much is resulting in less physical activity and time outside.

With that in mind, the Salt Lake City-based company has launched a special "job" of sorts to give one favorable applicant the opportunity to digitally detox for 48 hours.

The randomly selected winner will be paid $1,000 for going 48 hours without using technology of any kind.

"We wanted to find a way to help someone tune out the world and get back in tune with nature," the company said in a statement.

Said detoxer must be 25 years or older, have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the U.S. A winner will be selected on Sept. 23, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

The detoxer will be able to use their mobile device until they reach their destination, which will be a national park of their choosing, but once at the RV's campsite, the phone and computer must go off.

Tincher says the winner is allowed to bring a friend along for the trip, to boot. To apply, go here.
