Foo Fighters Booked as Musical Guest on ‘SNL’ Hosted by Dave Chappelle

Foo Fighters have been announced as the musical guest on this weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live hosted by Dave Chappelle.

The band retweeted SNL‘s promo video for the upcoming episode along with the caption, “See you this weekend, Chappelle!”

This news comes after some buzz around the band possibly teasing a new album following ominous projections of the band's logo next to an X, which is the Roman numerical equal to 10, appearing around southern California.

With the Foos returning to SNL, now seems like a good time to revisit Dave Grohl impersonating Christopher Walken introducing the band when they appeared on the NBC sketch show in 2003. Why? Sometimes, it’s just good to laugh, and Grohl’s Walken impression is very funny.
