Dan Goodman is the co-owner of Varsity House Gym and about to open a new location in Ridgewood NJ. He and his co-owner Joe Riggio faced quite the challenge when COVID hit, turning their business into a virtual one nearly overnight. Dan discusses the obstacles they faced, plus the link between physical fitness and mental health.
