This morning, Jim Monaghan welcomes John Ginty and members of the Allman Betts Band to WDHA’s Jersey Magazine. Rock N’ Ruff with Terrie Carr features a new pup this week, and Coach Sheets rounds out the lineup with his signature “HOW ‘BOUT THAT RIDE IN” message to get your week started.
This week on the Jersey Magazine, Jim Monaghan chats with John Ginty who is currently with the Allman Betts Band. John brought a couple of guests with him, too – Duane Betts and Berry Oakley Jr. John was one of Neal Casal‘s best friends, and with the second anniversary of Neal’s passing approaching, John shared some of his memories of Neal. Duane also played with Neal just two days before Neal took his own life. The importance of mental health once again takes center stage on the Jersey Magazine. ROCK N’ RUFF – As WDHA’s Discover Downtown Denville month continues Terrie Carr features another cutie! Meet Max– from the Denville Animal Shelter – a 9-month old Hav-A-Poo puppy! Max is Havanese and poodle and is a typical puppy! He is high energy and not house broken just yet so he needs a home with a fenced-in yard and someone who has time to get this cutie back on track. COACH SHEETS’ RIDE IN – Jeremy Sheetinger is the head baseball coach at Georgia Gwinnett College where he led the Grizz Gang to the 2021 NAIA National Championship. His weekly “fire me up” tweet every Thursday may, on the surface, be geared toward his fellow baseball coaches, but his motivational message can easily be applied to the classroom, workplace, and your personal relationships.
