The Light of Day Foundation got its start in 1998 as a birthday party for music industry veteran Bob Benjamin who had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Since those small beginnings, the Foundation has continued to grow, generating more than $6 million in donations in the fight against Parkinson's and related illnesses.
Tony Pallagrosi is the executive director of the Foundation. He joined Jim Monaghan on the WDHA Morning Jolt to talk about the upcoming 2022 event.
This year's event runs January 7-17. Tickets go on sale Friday December 3 at 10 AM.
