Florida Man’s Solution To High Gas Prices Fails

Four guys thought they had found a way around those high gasoline prices we’ve all been dealing with – paying pennies on the dollar at the pump.

And it worked…for awhile at least, until the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services caught wind of the scheme.
