Small Plane Crashes In Somerset County Neighborhood

A small plane made a crash-landing Monday (April 4) in Somerset County.

The single-engine Mooney M20M crashed in Manville on South Main Street around 1p.m. today right near the Central Jersey Regional Airport.

According to CBS News, the pilot was hospitalized following the crash and is expected to recover. You can see the view of the crash site in the video below shot by the CBS' Chopper 2.

The crash is now under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration.
