Little did the Florida Highway Patrol officer who pulled over Joe Mullins recently know who or what he had on his hands during a recent stop for going more than 20 miles per hour over the speed limit.
Not only is Mullins today's Florida Man, but he's also the Flagler County Commissioner and apparently he runs the county.
Or at least thinks he does.
