Like a lot of business owners, Florida Man Don Cisternino was hit hard by the pandemic.

So he did what a lot of others did in his position - he applied for a Paycheck Protection Program loan to pay his 441 employees.

However, his company only had one employee - him. Which ended up attracting the attention of the Department of Justice.

And that's when the things REALLY got interesting.
