No matter how bad your weekend...no matter how much you may have overindulged...it could always be worse.

Take, for example, the case of 47-year old Melissa Jenkins Johanson in the UK.

She was arrested after driving on a walkway and crashing into a bus stop. She fled the scene but police caught up with her at her home where it was obvious she was VERY drunk.

Melissa didn't deny being intoxicated to the officers, but the excuse she gave was rather bizarre.
