Florida Man Chooses Odd Vehicle For Police Chase

Florida Man Roberto Duggans apparently needed laundry detergent.

And apparently he also needed some transportation.

Duggans' crime spree began with stealing a scooter and then allegedly stealing laundry detergent from a local CVS (maybe he needed to do his laundry).

When the cops finally caught up with him, it wasn't on some dirt road. It was on Interstate 95.

Not exactly your run-of-the-mill police chase. But then again, it's Florida, man.
