Only Florida Man Would Attempt To Use This As A Murder Weapon

Florida Man Kevin Jones thought he had the perfect plan.
His plot involved killing his former girlfriend, but make sure he was out of town “on vacation” so that he had an alibi.
Did we mention that the murder weapon was a toy water pistol?
Oh…and did we happen to also mention that the water gun was to be filled with the biological toxin ricin?
It seems that Jones had purchased several items online awhile back with the intention of making ricin. The idea was to shoot his former paramour with the ricin-filled water gun and then go on vacation somewhere so he had an alibi when she died.
Turns out that the authorities caught up with Jones before he could hatch the scheme.
Jones is no stranger to weapons – real ones – either. A convicted felon already, cops found him in possession of two firearms along with the ricin.
