Florida Man’s Felonious Shop(lift)ing Spree
DATELINE – Tallahassee FL
It’s one thing to go on a crime spree.
It’s another thing to rob six business establishments inside of a month, and three of them on the same day.
That’s (allegedly, of course) what Florida Man Keshawn Jarmarlin Robinson (we just LOVE the guys with three names!) did recently.
He must have been REALLY hungry because the list of places he (allegedly, of course) robbed included a Subway, a Dollar General, a tobacco shop, an Advanced Auto Parts store, a Firehouse Subs restaurant, and the Lemon Pepper restaurant.
All of the crimes were (allegedly, of course) committed at gunpoint which makes it even worse for Florida Man because as an already-convicted felon, Robinson isn’t permitted to have a gun in the first place.
If convicted, Robinson faces 20 years in federal prison for every robbery charge, a mandatory minimum sentence of seven years for each charge of brandishing a firearm, and up to 15 years in prison for possessing a firearm as a felon.
