Jersey Magazine 4-9-23
We have two special guests this morning on Jersey Magazine – Annie Rodriguez who returns with an update on her fight with breast cancer, and Jeff Friedman from Livingston Philanthropies on a special benefit coming up in a couple of weeks.
Annie Rodriguez is a Digital Sales and Marketing Manager for Beasley Media Group, the company that owns WDHA.
As Annie told us on Jersey Magazine back in January, her world was rocked in late December by the news that she had been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.
Annie returns to Jersey Magazine to give us an update on how she and her family are doing as they navigate through this journey together.

If you grew up in New Jersey in the 1980’s you no doubt have fond memories of The Uncle Floyd Show.
An irreverent homage to both children’s TV shows and late-night talk shows, Floyd Vivino and the cast routinely crashed through television’s “fourth wall” with zany skits and characters reminiscent of the days of Soupy Sales.
Jeff Friedman was part of the production crew for “The Uncle Floyd Show.” Now the CEO of Livingston Philanthropies, Jeff is teaming up once again with Uncle Floyd in a benefit performance on April 15th at the Presbyterian Church in Livingston.

Meet Zoreo from Sedona Shepherd Sanctuary.
Zoreo is a large dog, with a large personality and needs an experienced big dog owner who knows how to manage big guys! Zoreo was also abused and his story is sad as someone threw acid on his back and he is still recovering from his injuries, sp his trust does need to be gained.
If you are an experienced big dog lover and want to meet Zoreo, hit up Sedona at sedonashepherd.com.
COACH SHEETS’ RIDE IN – Jeremy Sheetinger is the head baseball coach at Georgia Gwinnett College where he led the Grizz Gang to the 2021 NAIA National Championship. His weekly “fire me up” tweet every Thursday may, on the surface, be geared toward his fellow baseball coaches, but his motivational message can easily be applied to the classroom, workplace, and your personal relationships. Today’s message concerns an often overlooked area of personal hygiene.

Just like our parents said to us when we got into trouble:
“I do this because I love you.”
And I do. High care level for each & every one of you so we have to address the elephant in the room. Have to!
