Move Over, Superman…Here Comes Florida Man

Or perhaps the dateline should say “DC Universe” because the popular Florida Man meme has come to the comic book home of the likes of Superman and Batman.
Stories of weird behavior by Florida Man are not new; they’ve been an Internet sensation now for more than a decade. And now, Florida Man has become a part of the DC Universe.
Jaime Reyes – the Blue Beetle – is on vacation in Miami when he gets a notification on his phone that says, “Florida man dressed as bat terrorizes children’s party,” he knows there is no time to lose.
It turns out that this new villain is some kind of Animal/Vegetable/Mineral Man who feels that Florida Man is stealing his thunder, so he sets out to become some kind of Ultimate Florida Man.
