David Draiman was trending on social media this past weekend for an interesting reason: Screenshots of a Tinder profile featuring the Disturbed singer began making the rounds. It turns out those screenshots were actually real.

A fan with the Twitter handle @Th3Inquisitive1 retweeted the Tinder screenshots and tagged Draiman. He wrote, "Lol dude you see this?! I'm tagging you bc I believe it's fake." Draiman replied, "Not fake lol. It's me."

The fan then apologized for assuming, but Draiman wasn't fazed. He replied, "All good. You’d be surprised. It’s hard for a guy like me to meet the right woman. I’ll tell you, it’s been weird so far. Lots of scammers. Trying to figure out how to navigate this new terrain."

Draiman's Tinder profile reads, "Proud father, Frontman of Disturbed. I believe, with all my heart, in the healing, redeeming, and therapeutic power of music, and the connection it creates between ALL people." He also included a photo of himself with his dog, which is always a good photo to include on any dating profile. You have to eliminate people who don't like dogs immediately, who are clearly the worst people.

Whether Draiman is utilizing Tinder while on tour is anyone's guess. Disturbed is currently on tour in Canada, and they have a show tonight (May 8) in Winnipeg followed by shows in Edmonton (May 10) and Abbotsford, BC (May 12.) The band kicks off their summer tour dates in the United States on July 11 in Denver. A full list of upcoming Disturbed tour dates is below.
