Florida Man Takes On “Thunderbunny”

All artist Hunt Slonem wanted to do with his work was "uplift the world."

Unfortunately for Slonem, Florida Man wanted no part of being uplifted.

Security camera footage captured Florida Man Derek Modrok crashing his car into Slonem's 14-foot high blue bunny sculpture, which he called "Thunderbunny."

The artwork featured 30,000 glass tiles on top of a metal base and is one of three episodes involving Modrok and vandalism, although this is the first time a rabbit has been involved.

"Thunderbunny" was said to be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $300,000.
