Join Team ‘DHA for Family Fun Fest at Central Park of Morris County, 91 Central Avenue in Parsippany!
Join The Alliance for Morris County Parks on October 15 when they host ‘Family FunFest;’ a day of fun to support All-Access Playgrounds for children of ALL abilities. The event will be held at Central Park of Morris County, New Jersey, located at 91 Central Ave in Parsippany. There will be a 5K run, that will take runners on a multi-terrain cross country course. Check in for the race will begin at 7:30am and the race will begin at 9am. The first 250 pre-registered participants are guaranteed to receive a ‘Family FunFest’ tee shirt! The pre-registration fee will be $22 and $25 for race day. There will also be a separate race, ‘Walk & Roll,’ that welcomes strollers and wheelchairs. Check in begins at 10am and the race will begin at 10:30am. Participants can get sponsors and donations of $50 or more will receive ‘Family FunFest’ tee shirts. If you can’t participate in the morning races ‘Family FunFest’ continues through the day. Events will begin at 11am and continue until 2pm.
