This unique night of primping for pooches and their owners will benefit Dress for Success Morris County, a non-profit organization that provides both professional attire and important career development support, free of charge, for disadvantaged women.
Women can luxuriate with hair flairs, manicures, skincare tips, and massages, courtesy of Alora Ambiance Spa in Boonton, while their dogs enjoy puppy primping “pawdicures,” canine games, caricatures and treadmill trots. Women and their canine companions will have plenty of opportunities to mingle and make new friends. Refreshments will also be served.
Women and their pets can shop ‘til they drop for a good cause; a tricky tray featuring gift baskets from local retailers and restaurants will be held to raise funds for Dress for Success Morris County, and the Morris Animal Inn Pet Boutique will be stocked with essentials for Fido.
Participants are asked to bring women’s professional attire in excellent condition for donation to Dress for Success. Items may include women’s business suits, skirts, blouses, pants, blazers, jewelry, pocketbooks and gently-worn shoes appropriate for the winter season. Donations must be placed on hangers; limit five hangers per donor.
