We looked at some great spots in Morris County to grab pizza, but what about Bergen County residents? Where can they choose to grab a pie from? Thankfully there are some excellent locations spread throughout the county.
Actually, there are a ton of them. But for now, let’s take a look at the 5 best places for pizza in Bergen County!
Why Pizza in Bergen County is Special
What makes pizza so tasty? Some might say it’s the simplicity of it. Some dough is covered in sauce and cheese and tossed in the oven and there ya go!
Others might say it’s the fact that you can dress it up with many different toppings. The combinations of which seem almost endless. I don’t know if either side would be totally right.
There’s value to both sides of that argument. All I know is I can’t eat just one slice.
Why isn’t pizza the official food of the United States of America? I mean, many of us eat it pretty often. Maybe that’s a question for a different article! LOL. I will say that it’s tough to find someone that doesn’t enjoy a slice or two every know and again.
Or maybe even a whole pie….I’m not here to judge.
I feel like my staple is either pepperoni or plain, so you can really taste every nuance of flavor from the cheese to the house-made sauce, to even that dough! But everyone has their own idea of what the right toppings are. And sometimes that changes.
I’ll find myself often saying “I’m in the mood for something different.” And then I’ll order from a place that makes Buffalo Chicken Pizza, just to spice it up a bit.
No matter how you like it, you usually can’t go wrong. Personally, I don’t think there’s a “bad” slice of pizza.
It’s just okay. But bad is harsh and I feel like it’s even hard to make. As for out of this world….that’s another story. So let’s get into it and take a look at the 5 best places for pizza in Bergen County.
