The Woodbridge Division has got Bonzo sweating due to they are on his heels to tie his record for 6 straight nights in a row on the Top 5. Can they tie it up in Fridays RRZ? We will have to wait and see! They take the top spot with their Celebrating The Sunset Strip themed request with a Ratt DBL Play. The first track was “You’re In Love”. In 1985, Ratt unleashed their second studio album, “Invasion of Your Privacy,” cementing their status as one of the leading forces in the glam metal scene of the ’80s. Among the album’s standout tracks is the infectious and hard-hitting “You’re in Love.” With its energetic riffs, anthemic chorus, and irresistible hooks, this song showcases Ratt at the peak of their musical prowess and captures the essence of the era.

The second track was a deepcut titled “Drive Me Crazy”. Ratt crafted numerous hits that became synonymous with the era. However, hidden within their discography lies a gem known as “Drive Me Crazy.” It’s on their 1986 album Dancing Undercover.
“Drive Me Crazy” opens with a thunderous drumbeat courtesy of Bobby Blotzer, immediately setting the tone for the wild ride that awaits the listeners. The song’s dynamic guitar riffs, courtesy of Warren DeMartini and Robbin Crosby, intertwine to create an intense and energetic atmosphere that captures the essence of Ratt’s signature sound.
Stephen Pearcy’s distinct vocal delivery shines through, showcasing his ability to infuse each lyric with attitude and passion. The tight-knit rhythm section, anchored by Juan Croucier’s driving basslines, adds depth and power to the song, propelling it forward with relentless force. Great Job Gang! Salute!
