Chris Jericho is a three-time New York Times bestselling author, a WWE superstar and frontman for the band Fozzy.
In addition to Fozzy's new CD (due out next month), Chris also has also just published his latest book, No Is A Four-Letter Word, which deals with twenty principles needed to make it in life, no matter what your goal is.
Chris called into the WDHA Morning Jolt to talk with Jim Monaghan about the book and the new Fozzy album.
