About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by developing and selling integrated advertising solutions (traditional and digital) to both new and existing local and regional clients. Your responsibilities will include:

· Proactively prospecting and smart cold calling to identify new business opportunities.

· Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

· Understanding client needs, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored advertising solutions.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining and growing current client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns

· Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms

· Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals

· Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets

· Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives

Qualifications:

· 7+ years in B2B sales required.

· Experience or a background in media sales and digital marketing sales

· Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers

· A candidate that has experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, etc... is preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Consistent above budget performer.

· Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling experience.

· Team player focused on individual but also team growth

· Proven record of hitting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools

Qualifications:

WDHA PART TIME PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT

Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ

Description: Beasley Media Group is urgently hiring for an immediate part time opening for a Part Time Promotions Manager at WDHA-FM and WMTR-AM in NJ. This entry-level job is ideal for someone who is passionate about radio and marketing and are looking to get their start at one of the nation’s leading broadcast companies. This position requires frequent participation at the stations’ events. You’ll be a team player at New Jersey’s largest rock station and favorite classic oldies station. You will be a website manager getting the latest information up on our websites. You’ll be a relationship builder with clients and listeners. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and driving the station’s fleet of vehicles as well as maintaining the station’s event audio equipment.

Qualifications:

· Previous radio experience a plus;
· Must be available to work weekdays, some nights, and some weekends;
· Proficiency with computers/MS Office;
· Detail-oriented, well organized, and a team player;
· Must be creative, but also understand the “business” of radio;
· Must have an upbeat personality with the drive to go above and beyond;
· Must have a knowledge of current and classic rock as well as classic oldies
· Must have a valid NJ driver’s license and stellar driving record.

WDHA Interns

Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ

Description: Did you know that WDHA and our sister station WMTR are always looking for the next generation of broadcasters and marketers in New Jersey? WDHA is looking for interns to gain valuable experience in commercial radio and learn the in's and outs of New Jersey's biggest Rock station and favorite Classic Oldies station. Interns will work in the Marketing / Promotions Department and get exposure to Production, Programming, Sales, and Engineering Departments.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to receive college credit
· Must have the desire to learn
· Proficiency with computers/MS Office;
· Detail-oriented, well organized, and a team player;
· Must have an upbeat personality with the drive to go above and beyond;
