Jack Daniel’s Expands with New Apple Flavor
Jack Daniel’s is expanding their flavored whiskey line this fall with their new Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple.
Starting in October, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple becomes the brand’s third flavored whiskey joining Tennesse Honey and Tennessee Fire, a cinnamon-flavored whiskey. Per Jack Daniel’s official website, “Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple has the unique character of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey coupled with crisp green apple for a fresh and rewarding taste. It’s bold, refreshing, and exceptionally smooth.”
In a statement, Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller Jeff Arnett said, “We feel like it’s a good time now to offer Apple. Flavors have been driving a lot of interest in the whiskey category. It’s been a game-changer for Jack Daniel’s, even a brand that’s been around as long as we have. We found that flavors tend to attract a different consumer and/or they fit into a different occasion. Maybe an after-dinner drink or something where our whiskey wouldn’t necessarily be poured.”
