VIDEO: Five Finger Death Punch Back in Studio Making New Album
Five Finger Death Punch has proven to be one of the most consistent bands in metal when it comes to releasing new albums. So, since their last studio album, And Justice For None, came out in May 2018, of course they’re back in the studio hard at work on its follow-up.
The band shared the video below of their first studio day on their new album along with the caption, “Day ONE in the studio … What kind of record should we make … Acoustic Death Metal – Polka Djent Fusion – Doom Funk Dubstep… or….. ???” (Fingers crossed for “Doom Funk Dubstep”!)
Obviously, there’s no timetable for release yet, but clearly the band is very focused on working on this new LP since they currently have no tour dates lined up for this summer. All of this just proves, however, that Benjamin Franklin was wrong. There are three things in this world that can be said to be certain: Death, taxes and FFDP releasing a new album about every two years.
