VIDEO: Volbeat Drop New Track ‘Cheapside Sloggers’ Feat. Slayer’s Gary Holt
Volbeat is getting closer and closer to the August 2 release of their seventh studio album, Rewind, Replay, Rebound, and the band has presented the fourth track preview with the new video for “Cheapside Sloggers.”
The video features kid-versions of the entire band, complete with facial hair and tattoos, performing the song. Slayer’s Gary Holt is featured on the track and also has his own-kid-version of himself in the video wearing a “Kill the Kardashians” t-shirt, a very nice touch. The song, itself, follows the release of “Last Day Under The Sun,” “Leviathan” and “Parasite.”
Rewind, Replay, Rebound is available for pre-order in multiple formats at Volbeat.dk. A full tracklisting can be found below the video.
Volbeat will be hitting the road in North America beginning July 26 as part of the Knotfest Roadshow with Slipknot, Gojira and Behemoth. Complete tour and ticket information is available at KnotfestRoadshow.com.
